Omnia Casino, regarded as the first AI-built and compliance-focused online casino in the world, has adopted ‘Pay N Play’ technology from leading payment company Trustly.
The technology is able to instantly recognise customers, allowing verified players to make deposits in seconds and withdrawals in under five minutes. Omnia joins a small band of casino brands using the new payment technology in this method, which enables pre-checked Swedish customers to access Omnia content with a unique personal bank ID.
Every player in Sweden first has to undergo checks with their bank, and once they have been verified, they receive a unique number, which they can use to log into the Omnia site.
Regulated online gaming
New Omnia customers will only be able to make deposits through the Trustly technology in the run up to the opening of Sweden’s regulated online gaming market next January. When the new market is open, Omnia’s Swedish players will be operating in the most secure gaming environment in the world.
Omnia launched in 2017 and is focused on mobile players, deploying some of the latest developments in AI software to ensure responsible play. Speaking about the new technology, the founder of Omnia, Sam Hobcraft, said it would significantly boost the player experience:
Using Trustly’s unique bank ID system the player registration process will become almost non-existent, and we will only need to capture a few details and allow the player to agree to the appropriate T&C’s. This is unique and excellent customer experience.”
